Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send your digital proof or shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — for pricing errors, artwork we cannot legally reproduce, or capacity constraints.
Your artwork
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo, mark, or artwork you upload, and you authorize us to reproduce it on the ordered goods. You retain all rights in your artwork. We may display finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Proofs and approval
Digital proofs show dimensions, materials, and color. Once approved, fabrication begins and the order cannot be modified. Errors present in an approved proof are not covered by our remake guarantee.
Pricing and payment
All work is quoted individually in USD. Sizes, materials, and finishes affect final pricing; the price on your written quote is the price you pay, and quotes are valid for 30 days.
Warranty and liability
Signs are warranted against fabrication defects for one year from delivery, and illuminated components for one year on parts. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item. We are not liable for installation damage, improper mounting, or acts of nature.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County.
