Contact details (name, email, phone), shipping and billing addresses, order history, uploaded artwork files, and basic analytics about how the site is used. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To produce proofs, fabricate and ship your order, answer support questions, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates. We do not sell personal information.
Your artwork
Uploaded logos and files are used solely to produce your order. We retain production files for reorders unless you ask us to delete them, and we never license or resell customer artwork.
Sharing
We share data only with the vendors needed to run the business: payment processing, shipping carriers, and email delivery. Each is bound to use it only for the service they provide.

We use functional cookies to keep your session working, plus aggregate analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop working if you do.
