Production time
Custom dimensional and illuminated work ships 14-21 business days after you approve the digital proof. Rush production is available on most items — ask before ordering and we'll confirm a date in writing.
Carriers and transit
Small parcels move via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, typically 2–5 transit days. Oversized illuminated cabinets and freight-class panels ship LTL with a scheduled curbside delivery window and a phone call the day before.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed the moment a label is created — just reply to that email if you need a status update.
Addresses and delays
We ship to the address exactly as confirmed on your order. Please double-check suite numbers — address corrections after dispatch incur carrier fees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holidays can add a day or two; we notify you proactively when we see a delay.
Alaska, Hawaii, and international
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada at rates quoted with your order. For other international destinations, email us with your address and we'll quote freight and duties before you pay.
